Ordering

There is no minimum order required. You can order from our website with secure online order processing, by fax or email.

 Fax orders: please download the form on the bottom of this page and fax to 404-346-7015. 

Email orders:

email neworder@janelandre.com and please provide all fields required on order form. You will receive an email invoice before shipping.  

Payment Options

Janel Andre accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay for your order by check or money order made payable to Janel Andre BodyCare. All funds must be in US dollars. Return checks are subject to a $25 fee. 

Shipping

Most shipments are made via USPS. Upon special request, we ship UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, 2^nd Day Air or 3 day select. International shipments require additional fees. If you have a PO Box, we will ship USPS only. 

Return Policy

All sales are FINAL. Products are returnable for shipping error only. We must be contacted within 5 days of delivery date. We will pay for shipping charges for the returned and reshipped item. Include your packing slip (or note your invoice number) and reason for return. Gifts may be exchanged within 5 days unopened. NO CASH REFUNDS.
